Paul Smith

would like to welcome you to USQ FC and invite you to join us in a truly exciting period for the club, and indeed for football in Australia.

USQ FC have revitalized both the structure of the club both on and off the field, and I am confident you will enjoy the benefits our hard work as we continue to build the clubs reputation and stature in the community.

In 2012, on-field success in the Premier men’s team in the semi finals saw them advance as far as the preliminary finals. Reserve men advanced to the grand final, also playing in the Presidents Cup only to be defeated on both occasions. Our Youth male team, in a new strip, narrowly missed a place in the finals. They did, however, provide support to the senior teams through out the year unearthing some future talent. Our division men and women teams both performed below expectations, but provided a football opportunity for these individuals to participate and be involved at the club.

Early season success was then had in the Dalby 7’s, where USQ FC were champions, and in the Toowoomba mid week knockout competition finished runner up.

In 2013, the club slogan "ONE BETTER" was adopted with the goal of each team to improve on 2012 results. Both the Premier and Reserves mens grades made the final of the Toowoomba competition, Reserves finishing runners up, and the USQ Premiers managing to win in a tense penalty shoot out, claiming their first title in over 10 years.

In 2014 The Reserve Mens team won both the Presidents Cup and the Grand Final.

With success on the field comes success off the field, which we hope to share with you. We have Opportunities for a major club sponsor and individual team sponsors, along with various merchandising sponsorship opportunities.
